ASTORIA, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - May 26, 2009) - United Treatment Centers, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:UTRM) today filed a lawsuit against Brenda Walker Dillingham seeking an Injunction and other Relief for Breach of Contract, Fraud, Defamation and Related Claims.

The complaint was filed in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. The lawsuit arises out of a signed Partnership Agreement and Ms. Dillingham's claims that no such document exists.

According to the Complaint, Brenda Dillingham signed an agreement as a partner in a General Partnership Agreement dated September 5, 2008. In that Agreement, she represents that she will contribute "Patent No. 6,679,642 (the Patent) to the Partnership." As cited in the Complaint, the business of that partnership was "to produce and manufacture patented water less toothbrush (patent no. 6,679,642) and to engage in any and all activities related or incidental to carrying out the foregoing, and to conduct and engage in any and all activities permitted by law in furtherance of the business of the Partnership."

The Complaint alleges that Ms. Dillingham has breached her written agreement or, in the alterative, she made fraudulent and untrue statement about contributing the patent to the Partnership. In other Claims, the Complaint alleges that she has defamed UTRM on certain Internet websites and through other means of communication.

UTRM seeks, in the Complaint, to have the Court confirm Ms. Dillingham's transfer of the Patent to the Partnership, and to require her to take any action necessary to ensure that transfer. Additionally, the Complaint seeks an Injunction to prevent Ms. Dillingham from acting in any manner inconsistent with the Agreement. The Complaint also seeks to have the Court award damages and punitive damages for fraud and defamation.

UTRM brought this action to protect its rights and to assure that the facts related to this transaction are available to the shareholders and the public.

UTRM is a Wyoming based company, with business operations to promote a revolutionary, patent pending oral care product which will change the way we do a common, everyday task, and it will do it better. UTRM will oversee out-sourced production of a patent pending consumer product within the $4 billion United States oral care market segment comprised of toothbrushes and toothpaste. The product, our Waterless Tooth Brush, is unique. This new toothbrush has primary advantages over existing and traditional toothbrushes: it cleans and prevents cavities 35% better than traditional toothpaste because it uses liquid dentifrice, so toothpaste is no longer required to brush, allowing the user to brush virtually anywhere at any time with no water needed.
