VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 11, 2009) - CAPELLA RESOURCES LTD. (TSX VENTURE:KPS)(PINK SHEETS:CPSJF) ("Capella" or the "Company") announces that Dr. Amer Smailbegovic, a director of the Company, resigned effective May 8, 2009, in order to pursue other opportunities. Dr. Smailbegovic will continue to act as a consultant for the Company. The Board of Directors wishes to express its appreciation to Dr. Smailbegovic for his efforts and contributions to the Company and wish him well in his future business endeavours.
