Constellation Software's Volaris Group Enters Into Agreement to Acquire Provider of Software to the Asset Management Vertical Market

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 16, 2012) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group ("Volaris") has entered into an agreement to acquire a provider of software to the Asset Management vertical market. The acquisition is expected to close in ten days.
