TORONTO, ONTARIO,--(Marketwire - Sept. 17, 2012) - Harris Computer Systems ("Harris"), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) is pleased to announce that Pasco County Florida has selected Advanced Utility Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris, for its CIS. The implementation will commence in September 2012. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in the Tampa Bay area, Pasco County encompasses a total of 742 square miles and has approximately 470,000 residents.
