VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 5, 2012) -FINORE MINING INC.(CNSX:FIN) (the "Company" or "Finore"), announces the results from its 2012 Annual and General Special Meeting (the "Meeting"). The Meeting was held on March 29, 2012 at the Company's office in Vancouver. At the Meeting the special resolution pertaining to the share consolidation was not passed and all other resolutions were passed by the shareholders. The special resolution for the share consolidation did not receive sufficient votes in favour for it nor did it receive support from Finore's board of directors and management.
