Viterra South East Asia Leadership Change Announcement

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 7, 2011) - Viterra Inc. (TSX:VT)(ASX:VTA) today announced that Mr. Rob Gordon, President, South East Asia, has tendered his resignation and will be leaving the company effective February 4, 2012. Rob will be accepting a position as CEO of SunRice and will continue in his current role until February, supporting our growth initiatives in South East Asia while representing Viterra with key stakeholders and the government.

Mr. Gordon made a valuable contribution to Viterra during his two year tenure, leading the integration of ABB, strengthening Viterra's operational platform and managing South Australia's largest harvest ever, all while delivering superior financial results.
