Stakeholder Stakes Selwyn Property in White Gold District of Yukon

DAWSON CITY, YUKON--(Marketwire - Nov. 3, 2011) -Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SRC) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the 397-claim (8,218-hectare) Selwyn property by staking. The property is located in the Selwyn River area of the White Gold district in the Dawson Range of west-central Yukon. It is 7km southwest of Ethos Capital Corp.'s new Mascot discovery on the Betty property, and 25km southeast of Kaminak's Gold Corp.'s new Sugar discovery and 55km southeast of Kaminak's Supremo-Latte drill discovery on the Coffee property. It is directly west of Northern Tiger Resource Inc.'s Sonora Gulch property.

Mark Fekete, P.Geo. is the designated "qualified person" as defined in Section 1.2 in and for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 responsible for the technical content of this release.
