Enssolutions announces changes to the Board of Directors and CFO position

TORONTO, June 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Enssolutions Group Inc. (TSXV:ENV) ("Enssolutions" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of environmentally responsible products and engineered solutions for a wide variety of industrial and commercial market demands, announced that Patrice Merrin has submitted her resignation as a director, effective June 23, 2011, to allow her to concentrate on other business activities. The Company also announced that Jim Griffiths has retired as CFO and Darren Dierich is being promoted from Controller to Chief Financial Officer effective June 23, 2011.

James Lincoln, Chairman of the Board, thanked Patrice for her insightful contributions to the Board, noting, "she will be greatly missed."
