LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2009) - Zcom Networks, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ ZCNW ]) announced today that it is in the process of performing its due diligence of financial, network and operations of a southern California Telecom Company for acquisition. The LOI was signed after recently announced negotiations concluded with the valuation of the successful voice and data provider, which is profitable and generated in excess of $16,000,000 in annual revenues in 2008. "This is a cutting edge company providing a wide range of telecommunication services with extensive network infrastructure, international routes, and connectivity. Company's network is fully compliant with Cisco, Quintum, Neura and all H323 systems. Interconnection is offered via traditional, TDM derived, E1, or VOIP packet interfaces," said Dr. Alex Parsinia, CEO of Zcom.
