A recent survey by OnePoll on behalf of SurePayroll revealed that 43% of Americans feel that money negatively impacts their mental health, with financial stress being a significant concern for many. The survey, which included 2,000 participants, found that 51% of respondents worry about money daily, and 47% believe that financial stress has affected their physical health. Additionally, the data showed that 43% of Americans have lost sleep over financial worries, and 37% have experienced strained relationships due to money issues. The survey also highlighted that 65% of Americans feel they are living paycheck to paycheck, and 56% believe they will never be able to retire comfortably. These findings underscore the pervasive impact of financial stress on mental and physical well-being in the United States.
