Xplore Inc. has appointed Brent Johnston as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Johnston, a seasoned telecom industry leader, previously served as President of Bell Residential and Small Business at Bell Canada, where he was instrumental in expanding the company's broadband and 5G wireless services. His appointment comes at a time when Xplore is focusing on enhancing its service offerings and expanding its fibre and 5G fixed wireless access networks across Canada. Johnston's extensive experience in telecommunications, particularly in customer service, network expansion, and strategic growth, is expected to drive Xplore's mission to provide high-quality internet services to rural, remote, and Indigenous communities.
