GuestLogix to Host Industry's Largest Onboard Retail User Group in London, UK, September 23-25, 2013

Company's Global Airline and Rail Customers to Gather for 5th Annual Event Focused on the Future of Onboard Retailing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 14, 2013) - GuestLogix Inc. (TSX:GXI), the leading global provider of onboard retail and payment technology to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced that it will host its 5th annual User Group Conference September 23 through 25 at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in London, United Kingdom. The 2013 event marks the first User Group Conference held outside of Toronto - where the Company is headquartered - and aims to attract the largest contingent of new and returning attendees with this exciting change in locale. The highly anticipated conference joins together GuestLogix' extensive global airline and rail customers with its channel partners, product development team and industry leaders to discuss current and future onboard retailing requirements, with a focus on key trends and innovations for accelerating ancillary revenue growth.

"We are thrilled to announce that the GuestLogix User Group Conference will be moving to London in 2013. We're proud to have hosted four highly successful conferences here in Toronto, but it's time for a change, and we're confident that our customers, partners and sponsors will be pleased with this decision," said Brett Proud, President and CEO of GuestLogix. "The next chapter of onboard retailing has begun, and the conference provides the ideal forum for our customers to collaborate about new innovations, managing change and discovering ways to drive greater ancillary revenue results within their operations."

Building on the success of the 2012 conference, the 2013 agenda will offer general and breakout sessions, dynamic keynote speakers, various networking opportunities and world-class entertainment. This intimate event will engage attendees in an environment built for interactive learning and idea sharing with plenty of opportunities to build valuable connections with airline and rail professionals who use GuestLogix' wide-ranging technology solutions. Conference attendees will benefit from enhancements to the event program and agenda for an improved delegate experience, most notably from a revamped session line-up, including the addition of a rail-specific track, and the return of dedicated Flight Attendant sessions.

The 2013 agenda will provide insight into key elements affecting onboard sales performance and the overall passenger experience. The event will highlight GuestLogix' latest developments around the use of tablets and smartphones by crews onboard and how GuestLogix customers are already using new, intuitive retail analytics modules to leverage passengers' purchase histories and loyalty status via integrated, interactive seat maps. Attendees will also hear from GuestLogix personnel, their peers and industry experts, regarding the importance of using 'big data' to optimize their retail programs. In addition, new payment trends and acceptance guidelines will be addressed, as well as the ability for customers to immediately integrate their retail program into their inflight entertainment systems.

"By delivering a dynamic agenda that encourages the exchange of ideas and industry knowledge, we aim to enlighten our customers and partners about the onboard retailing opportunities that are available to them, here and now. Our end goal is to provide the best conference experience, complete with education, shared learning and building new connections," added Mr. Proud.
