NGEx Announces $34 Million Private Placement Fully Subscribed
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 15, 2013) -

NGEx Resources Inc. (TSX:NGQ) ("NGEx" or the "Company") reports that the $34 million dollar non-brokered private placement (10 million shares at $3.40 per share) announced on January 14, 2013 is now fully subscribed.
Upon closing of the private placement, the Company will be well-financed for its ongoing, extensive drill program on the Los Helados, Josemaria and Filo del Sol copper/gold projects in Chile and Argentina.
A 4% finder's fee will be payable on a portion of the private placement.
Net proceeds of the private placement will be used towards the Company's ongoing work program in Chile and Argentina as well as for general working capital purposes.
Shares issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.
The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
