360 VOX Corporation Acquires Loan in Respect of Clearpoint Resort

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 21, 2012) - 360 VOX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:VOX) - 360 VOX Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary 360 VOX (Croatia) Inc. ("360 VOX Croatia"), it has entered into an agreement with, among others, Mosaic Finance (Luxembourg) SARL ("Mosaic") to purchase outstanding secured loans to Clearpoint Resort d.o.o. (Croatia) ("Clearpoint Resort") and its subsidiaries in respect of the resort development being pursued by Clearpoint Resort on over 100,000 m2 in Cavtat, Croatia, near Dubrovnik (the "Resort Development"). The Resort Development is to be a master-planned hotel, marina and recreational residential development.

The purchase price for the loans is EUR750,000. The principal amount outstanding in respect of the loans is approximately EUR2,400,000. The loans are secured by three properties near Dubrovnik (the "Properties"), owned by Clearpoint Resort and relating to the Resort Development. As part of the purchase, 360 VOX Croatia will acquire all of Mosaic's rights and obligations under the loan and related security agreements and be registered as a new mortgagee in respect of the Properties.

The purchase will extend the financing relationship between the Company, Clearpoint Resort and its parent company Clearpoint Resort Limited (Malta), with which 360 VOX Croatia has in place existing financing arrangements.
