(PINKSHEETS: [ WTII ]) announces that it has signed an exclusive five-year OEM manufacturing agreement with Ocean Breeze in order to meet the increased demand for its Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs). Water Technologies International, Inc. will have an office in one of the two new buildings occupied by the manufacturer. The manufacturer has the ability to produce the home and office AWGs as well as the commercial AWGs up to 150 tons. In addition, the manufacturer has design and engineering capabilities which may lead to new and improved design concepts.
