Dundee Corporation Acquires Further Interest in Difference Capital Funding Inc.
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 11, 2012) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) announces that it has acquired in a private placement, 15,000,000 common shares of Difference Capital Funding Inc. ("Difference Capital") at an issue price of $0.30 per common share. The position held by Dundee Corporation represents an approximate 27.29% interest in Difference Capital.
The position in Difference Capital was acquired for investment purposes and may be increased or decreased in the future as considered appropriate in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors and in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
