(IRD) (TSX:IRD) announced today that Mr. Edward (Ted) Mahood, CA has been appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the Company effective May 28, 2012. Prior to joining IRD Mr. Mahood was Chief Financial Officer of Vicwest Corporation and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Linamar Corporation. He received his BA from the University of Western Ontario and an Honors Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He has been a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1989.
