Blue Gold Beverages Announces FINRA Approval of Corporate Actions

GREENWOOD, SOUTH CAROLINA--(Marketwire - April 26, 2012) - Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:BGBV) has received approval from FINRA regarding the following corporate actions:

  • Name Change to "Dragon Polymers Inc."
  • 1-30 Reverse Split
  • Pre-Split: 182,017,468
  • Post-Split: 6,067,300
  • Effective 04/27/12

Trading of the reverse stock split-adjusted shares of Dragon Polymers (fka Blue Gold Beverages) common stock will commence at the opening of OTC Pink Sheets trading on Friday April 27, 2012. Dragon Polymers shares will continue to trade on the OTC Pink Sheets under the symbol BGBV, with the letter "D" added to the end of the trading symbol for 20 trading days, indicating a reverse stock split has been completed. The new CUSIP number for the Company's common stock following the Reverse Stock Split is 26144U 105.

The Reverse Stock Split will become effective as of the opening of trading on April 27, 2012, at which time every thirty (30) shares of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock will be automatically combined into one (1) issued and outstanding share of the Company's common stock, without any change in the par value per share. Shareholders holding less than one whole share after the reverse stock split will have their shares rounded up.
