VersaPay Increases Brokered Private Placement
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 27, 2012) - VersaPay Corporation (TSX VENTURE:VPY), a provider of Electronic Invoice Presentation and Payment Solutions, announces that it has increased the size of its brokered private placement (the "Offering") previously announced on March 14th, 2012 from 2,000,000 to 2,070,000 common shares for anticipated gross proceeds of $2,070,000. All other aspects of the Offering remain unchanged.
Closing of the Offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund the growth of VersaPay's business and for general corporate purposes.
