RENO, NV--(Marketwire - November 19, 2009) - Hybrid Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ HYBE ]) announced today interim investor guidance on its market capitalization, operations, and financial reporting procedures.

Reporting and Disclosures

The Company believes regular disclosure sponsors an orderly and healthy market in its stock and attracts long-term investors. The Company is completing the process of activating the OTC Disclosure Service. After which, disclosures will be provided to the marketplace. The Company believes it will complete the activation process within two weeks.

SEC "Fully reporting" and SEC filings

The Company does not intend to register its securities with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and become "SEC fully reporting." Growing opinion without the financial industry and an unprecedented number of public companies voluntarily withdrawing their registration, force the Company to conclude that registering with the SEC is not in the best interests of either stockholders or the company. The prohibitive expenses and time demands of maintaining SEC filings are contrary to promoting shareholder equity or corporate growth. The Company believes the OTC Disclosure Service provides superior public transparency to the SEC's confusing "EDGAR" filings.

Revenue Projections and Operations

The Company regularly receives inquiries regarding its current and planned operations. The Company intends to disclose and make public several important components of its business plan and its oil and gas production with reserves. To insure all investors have equal access to information, the Company will not release disclosures before OTC Disclosure Service activation.

Current Stock Price and Market Valuation

Many stockholders have questions regarding the Company's stock price. The Company has no control over the market price of its stock. The Company's current share price may not accurately reflect the company's ultimate value. We make note of this to inform stockholders of our efforts to increase our investor exposure. To attract quality long-term investors the Company works daily with the financial and investment community. The Company believes its market capitalization will steadily improve as investor awareness expands.

The Company also believes results speak for themselves. As the company gains exposure of its holdings, operations, vision, and performance the Company anticipates a growing audience of investors understanding the intrinsic value of Hybrid Energy Holdings.
