FRISCO, TX--(Marketwire - September 1, 2009) - NeXplore Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ NXPC ]) today announced the acquisition of a robust Web-based operating system and office-application suite from Milana Corporation. The acquisition enables NeXplore Corporation to offer consumers a secure, Cloud-based personal desktop that features an array of free, unified software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications for creating, consolidating and managing email accounts, contacts, calendars, projects, documents, music and movie files, among many other popular personal and business computing and Internet activities.

NeXplore Corporation will make this technology available for free to registered users of NeXplore Search ([ www.NeXplore.com ]), the company's flagship product -- an interactive and visually engaging Web 2.0 search engine optimized for a superior end-user experience, multi-media display and social sharing integration.
