TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 27, 2009) - Bruce Reilly announces that pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated February 12, 2009, he has acquired a total of 550,000 common shares of Partner Jet Corp. ("Partner Jet"). Following this acquisition, Mr. Reilly, directly and indirectly, owns an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares of Partner Jet, representing approximately 11.01% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Partner Jet.
Mr. Reilly has acquired the above-noted shares of Partner Jet for investment purposes and he may, depending on market and other conditions, increase his beneficial ownership, control or direction over the common shares or other securities of Partner Jet, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise.
