April 18, 2017 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Tuesday. On Tuesday there were 5513 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2442 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3371 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Tuesday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. Utilities Select Sector SPDR (NYSE:XLU), Stillwater Mining Company (NYSE:SWC), iShares COMEX Gold Trust (NYSE:IAU), Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ:SABR), iShares Barclays MBS Bond Fund (NYSE:MBB), Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNGA). To access Friction Factor, Naked Short Data and SqueezeTrigger Prices on all stocks please visit http://www.buyins.net .
Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:
Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction XLU $0.110 0.00% 5,296,258 32.48% 3,184,315 19.53% 2,111,943 191,995 SWC $0.020 0.00% 6,047,080 42.50% 3,396,484 23.87% 2,650,596 1,325,298 IAU $0.060 0.01% 4,181,562 50.16% 2,065,302 24.77% 2,116,260 352,710 SABR $0.250 0.01% 22,565,073 64.98% 7,747,743 22.31% 14,817,330 592,693 MBB $0.370 0.00% 1,415,440 84.77% 130,024 7.79% 1,285,416 34,741 ZNGA $0.040 0.01% 5,809,228 25.39% 4,134,089 18.07% 1,675,139 418,785Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.
For example, the chart above shows XLU with a Net Buy Volume of 2,111,943 shares and a Friction Factor of 191,995 shares. That means that it takes 191,995 more shares of buying than selling to move XLU higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Tuesday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
