April 3, 2017 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Monday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Monday there were 5526 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2112 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3808 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the largest percentage gain per share Monday and low price friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. China Auto Logistics Inc. (NASDAQ:CALI), Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CYCC), Yingli Green (NYSE:YGE), Biondvax Pharma Shs Sponsored American Depositary Share Repr Shs (NASDAQ:BVXV), NovoCure Limited (NASDAQ:NVCR), KinerjaPay Corp (OTC:KPAY). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
  CALI $0.330 0.22% 135,544 41.94% 122,990 38.05% 12,554 380
  CYCC $3.020 0.82% 4,416,031 35.97% 4,070,739 33.16% 345,292 1,143
  YGE $0.380 0.18% 276,312 43.54% 240,146 37.84% 36,166 952
  BVXV $1.000 0.17% 50,619 34.63% 47,376 32.41% 3,243 32
  NVCR $3.100 0.38% 8,537,428 36.48% 7,733,547 33.04% 803,881 2,593
  KPAY $0.810 0.45% 53,246 59.26% 36,018 40.09% 17,228 213
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net buy volumes (buy volume, sell volume) and low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows CALI with a dollar gain Monday of $0.33000 and a Friction Factor of 380 shares. That means that it only took 380 more shares of buying than selling to move CALI higher by one penny. The Market Makers are currently allowing the stock to rise quickly (low friction). The combination of low friction and positive market direction can drive prices higher much faster than normal.
