February 27, 2017 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Monday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Monday there were 5428 companies with "abnormal" market making, 3610 companies with positive Friction Factors and 2562 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with Abnormal Price Friction (bullish bias) in their stock prices. This means that there was more selling than buying in the stocks and their stock prices rose. Enbridge Inc. (NYSE:ENB), Mentor Graphics Corporation (NASDAQ:MENT), Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC), Incyte Corporation (NASDAQ:INCY), Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY), U.S. Stem Cell Inc. (OTC:USRM). To access Friction Factor, Naked Short Data and SqueezeTrigger Prices on all stocks please visit http://www.buyins.net .

Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
  ENB $0.650 0.02% 9,486,869 24.20% 15,315,224 39.06% -5,828,355 Abnormal
  MENT $0.050 0.00% 1,755,240 21.35% 5,568,210 67.73% -3,812,970 Abnormal
  BAC $0.350 0.01% 22,020,168 31.28% 25,096,847 35.65% -3,076,679 Abnormal
  INCY $2.410 0.02% 3,664,903 11.54% 24,626,653 77.56% -20,961,750 Abnormal
  BMY $0.120 0.00% 1,945,036 13.47% 5,865,871 40.61% -3,920,835 Abnormal
  USRM $0.012 1.05% 30,812,708 43.69% 39,712,479 56.31% -8,899,771 Abnormal
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above had more selling than buying on Monday and their stock prices rose. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows ENB with 5,828,355 greater shares of selling than buying (NetVol) and the stock price was up $0.65000. This means the Market Makers were trading the stock in a way inconsistent with normal supply and demand (Economics 101); more selling than buying should cause prices to drop.
