December 28, 2016 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Wednesday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Wednesday there were 5317 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2093 companies with positive Friction Factors and 4376 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Wednesday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (NYSE:EEM), VANGUARD EMRGNG MKT ETF (NYSE:VWO), Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (NYSE:GDX), MARKET VECTORS ETF TRJR GOLD MINES (NYSE:GDXJ), Direxion Daily Gold Miners Bull 3X Shares (NYSE:NUGT), Ambev S.A. (NYSE:ABEV). To access Friction Factor, Naked Short Data and SqueezeTrigger Prices on all stocks please visit http://www.buyins.net .

Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
  EEM $0.260 0.01% 13,163,928 37.67% 11,560,356 33.08% 1,603,572 61,676
  VWO $0.220 0.01% 5,187,856 38.65% 3,481,827 25.94% 1,706,029 77,547
  GDX $0.390 0.02% 30,568,420 42.94% 10,914,303 15.33% 19,654,117 503,952
  GDXJ $0.960 0.03% 10,546,523 41.50% 3,060,497 12.04% 7,486,026 77,979
  NUGT $0.390 0.06% 21,414,123 41.69% 20,324,403 39.57% 1,089,720 27,942
  ABEV $0.020 0.00% 4,906,779 45.67% 3,388,398 31.54% 1,518,381 759,191
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows EEM with a Net Buy Volume of 1,603,572 shares and a Friction Factor of 61,676 shares. That means that it takes 61,676 more shares of buying than selling to move EEM higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Wednesday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
