November 4, 2016 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Friday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Friday there were 5541 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2568 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3269 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Friday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. iSh 20+Y Trs Bd Shs (NASDAQ:TLT), Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE), Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE:SE), Median Group Inc. (OTC:CHMD), Fitbit Inc. (NYSE:FIT), Globalstar Inc (NYSE:GSAT). TLT $1.060 0.01% 2,908,148 40.44% 1,815,364 25.24% 1,092,784 10,309
  PFE $0.110 0.00% 11,793,269 34.36% 10,650,852 31.03% 1,142,417 103,856
  SE $0.200 0.01% 1,826,751 38.24% 921,260 19.28% 905,491 45,275

  GSAT $0.030 0.04% 2,365,825 36.70% 1,189,756 18.46% 1,176,069 392,023
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows TLT with a Net Buy Volume of 1,092,784 shares and a Friction Factor of 10,309 shares. That means that it takes 10,309 more shares of buying than selling to move TLT higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Friday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
