November 3, 2016 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Thursday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Thursday there were 5406 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2246 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3767 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Thursday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. Visa Inc. (NYSE:V), iShares MSCI Japan Index Fund (NYSE:EWJ), Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE:WFT), MARKET VECTORS ETF TRJR GOLD MINES (NYSE:GDXJ), CARREFOUR S.A. (OTC:CRRFY), PURATION Inc. (OTC:PURA). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
  V $0.020 0.00% 3,520,409 46.71% 1,428,163 18.95% 2,092,246 1,046,123
  EWJ $0.030 0.00% 8,657,877 42.91% 4,111,637 20.38% 4,546,240 1,515,413
  WFT $0.070 0.02% 13,296,486 38.12% 10,190,760 29.22% 3,105,726 443,675
  GDXJ $1.090 0.03% 6,377,701 43.40% 2,724,593 18.54% 3,653,108 33,515
  CRRFY $0.110 0.02% 4,005,138 91.74% 145,584 3.33% 3,859,554 350,869
  PURA $0.029 0.97% 13,754,331 58.07% 9,342,309 39.44% 4,412,022 1,516,159
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows V with a Net Buy Volume of 2,092,246 shares and a Friction Factor of 1,046,123 shares. That means that it takes 1,046,123 more shares of buying than selling to move V higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Thursday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
