GRILLiT, Inc. Acquires 100% of Fast-Casual Restaurant Franchise

The Grand Opening of the Company's second restaurant location takes place on April 30, 2013, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM EDT, located at 15807 Pines Blvd, Pembroke, FL.
GRILLiT now owns and operates two store locations in Miami, Florida. The upscale restaurants, with a fun and relaxing environment, tap into consumers' preference for high-quality, affordable and health-conscious eat-in and carry-out dining. GRILLiT uses only fresh ingredients and offers a variety of made-to-order grilled meats, seafood, salads, pasta and rice bowls, and wraps made with tasty seasonings and customer-selected combinations.

According to Technomic, total sales of the $27 billion fast-casual restaurant industry rose 6.6% in 2011 over 2010, which outpaced a mere 3.5% growth for quick-serve restaurants like McDonalds and Burger King. In a separate survey, Technomic reported that about 85 percent of consumers eat at a fast-casual restaurant at least once a month.
The Company recently appointed Mr. Ruben Gonzales to the post of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Gonzales was previously the Senior Vice President of Operations for Chicken Kitchen USA, and was district manager for Pollo Tropical restaurants. At Chicken Kitchen, Mr. Ruben was responsible for the day-to-day operations of all franchised and corporate locations, and coordinated system-wide operations of all managers, team leaders, and employees. He is a proven leader with the skill to inspire and manage the day-to-day activities of GRILLiT's objectives.
