Court Agrees to Strateco's Request for Special Case Management of its Mandamus and Declaratory Judgment Motion

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 19, 2013) - Strateco Resources Inc. ("Strateco") (TSX:RSC)(FRANKFURT:RF9) is pleased to announce that its request for special case management of its motion for mandamus and declaratory judgement has been favourably received by the Associate Chief Justice of the Quebec Superior Court, and that the Honourable Justice Danielle Blondin of the Quebec Superior Court has been appointed for that purpose.

Furthermore, Strateco and the Attorney General of Quebec have not opposed the application by the Grand Council of the Crees, the Regional Cree Authority and the Cree Nation of Mistissini to intervene in relation to the motion for mandamus and declaratory judgment.
