International Samuel Exploration Corp. Announces the Company is the 100% Owner of the Jewelry Box Property
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 25, 2012) - International Samuel Exploration Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISS) announces the Company is the 100% owner of the Jewelry Box property located in central British Columbia and that the Company wishes to grant an option to Lucky Strike Resources Ltd. ("Lucky Strike") to acquire a 50% right, title and interest in and to the Company's Jewelry Box property.
Consideration for the property is by providing funding for a minimum of $1,000,000 of Expenditures on the property over 3 years. The work program for this field season is further ground geophysics, soil sampling and a minimum of 1000m of drilling. Permits have been issued and work will commence within 2 weeks. Lucky Strike will also issue an aggregate of 500,000 Lucky Strike shares to the Company or its nominee on the approval date.
The Jewelry Box property is located some 45 kilometres SSE of the town of Smithers, British Columbia. The claim block covers an area of some 8668 hectares. Access to the project is by way of road and cat trail, or by helicopter.
This transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
