CLEARWATER, Fla., April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Valley Development, Inc. (OTC: GVDI) ([ www.goldenvalleydev.com ]) is pleased to announce the appointment of Milton Marshall PhD to its advisory board. Dr Marshall will oversee the FDA regulatory handling for Percuguard™ anti needle stick device, quality control and the near-term introduction into broad dental and medical markets, which potentially exceed one billion applications annually.

Dr. Marshall holds aPh.D. (biochemistry and virology) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Adjunct academic appointments are currently held at a dental school and a medical school.  Professional certifications include toxicology (American Board of Toxicology), Registered Quality Assurance Professional - GLP (Society of Quality Assurance), and Certified Clinical Research Professional (Society of Clinical Research Associates). Career accomplishments include experience as a principal investigator, study director, laboratory director, and consultant in toxicology and regulatory compliance in new product development. Specific areas of research and development include preclinical and clinical drug, biologic, medical device, and OTC product development.
