Emperial Enters the Public Market / New Management / New Business Focus in Liquor Industry

SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire - Mar 21, 2012) - Emperial Americas, Inc. (a Florida Corporation) (OTCBB: [ AAAA ]) a developer, importer and marketer of alcoholic beverages, today announced that it has moved its operations into a publicly-reporting company, and its new management team is now in place. The Company has taken controlling interest of the former Florida corporation, AAA Public Adjusting Group, Inc., which trades on the over-the-counter bulletin board under the current symbol of AAAA. Emperial Americas is now a Reporting Public Company for its operations. The Company expects that a new trading symbol will be issued and announced with approval by FINRA of the corporate action.

Former management resigned and new management and a new board of directors are now in place as follows:
