Gas Price Management
Perpetual is an active manager of its commodity gas price risk. With recent periodic strength in natural gas prices for the summer 2011 term, Perpetual entered into forward fixed price sale contracts for approximately 24% of its current actual and deemed production. Perpetual closely monitors the market drivers with respect to natural gas and crude oil prices and will continue to proactively manage the Corporation's forward price exposure. The current mark-to-market value of Perpetual's net open hedging transactions is approximately $780,000.

Credit Facility
Perpetual also advises that the Lenders under its revolving credit facility (the "Credit Facility") have adjusted the Total Commitment and Borrowing Base under the Credit Facility to $210 million from $250 million effective June 16, 2011 pursuant to the semi-annual borrowing base redetermination of the Credit Facility. The adjustment to the Borrowing Base resulted principally from lower natural gas price forecasts used by the Lenders in their evaluation of the borrowing base as well as the carrying costs of the Corporation's 8.75% Senior Notes. Perpetual's current net bank debt is approximately $90 million.
