Press Release
GATWICK AIRPORT DEEPENS STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH XCHANGING
UK's second largest airport affirms Xchanging's place as a strategic IT partner, awarding the company an End User Computing Services contract
Xchanging ( The End User Computing Services contract will see Xchanging manage and maintain all endpoint devices used by the airport. This includes desktop PCs, printers, projectors, handheld devices, mobile devices and the flight information screens (FIS) used by passengers. Stuart Birrell, CIO, Gatwick Airport Limited said, "Having both the Network and End User Computing Services managed by Xchanging enables us to think more strategically about the provisioning of applications and services to users. Paddy Byrne, Executive Director, Xchanging UK Region added, "Securing a second contract with Gatwick is an important step as we seek to develop our partnership with the airport. Xchanging has a broad range of technology skills and services and the award of the second contract signals that Gatwick values the service and expertise that we bring to the partnership.
