LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 17, 2009) - Beverage Plus Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ CLNP ]) and FCBBI AG (FRANKFURT: 3FC.de) are pleased to announce they have entered into an agreement for distribution of their products through Sanson Company for the entry and distribution of the MC2 Energy Drink and various other beverages in as many as 15 states. In 2010, this represents anticipated gross revenue from $2,000,000 to $4,000,000.
