An Indore-based doctor was defrauded of Rs 3.23 crore through a stock trading scam orchestrated by a gang posing as representatives of a reputable stock trading company. The fraudsters lured the doctor with promises of high returns and manipulated him into investing large sums of money through a mobile application. After realizing the deception, the doctor reported the scam to the police, leading to the arrest of three individuals involved in the scheme. The police are continuing their investigation to uncover the full extent of the fraud and to apprehend any remaining accomplices.
