NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams safely returned to Earth after an extended mission aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Their journey back was aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft, which undocked from the ISS and made a splashdown off the coast of Florida. The mission, initially planned for a shorter duration, was extended due to various operational needs and experiments on the ISS. Their return marks another successful collaboration between NASA and SpaceX, highlighting the ongoing partnership in space exploration and the capabilities of commercial spaceflight.
