Additionally, the company involves in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas. It owned and operated 14,200 miles of interconnected pipelines carrying approximately 2.1 trillion cubic feet of gas to customers in the northeastern and southeastern United States, and underground storage fields with aggregate working gas capacity of approximately 163.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas.
