December 12, 2011 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Monday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Monday there were 3555 companies with "abnormal" market making, 1537 companies with positive Friction Factors and 4922 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Monday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. COMCAST CORP-CLASS A (NASDAQ:CMCSA), SIRIUS XM RADIO INC (NASDAQ:SIRI), MYLAN INC (NASDAQ:MYL), BROADWIND ENERGY INC (NASDAQ:BWEN), LEXINGTON ENERGY SERVICES IN (OTC:LXES), ALLEZOE MEDICAL HOLDINGS INCORPORATED (OTC:ALZM). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
     CMCSA $0.340 1.50% 12,734,858 59.60% 8,615,812 40.32% 4,119,046 121,148
     SIRI $0.020 1.14% 24,753,369 55.96% 19,468,458 44.02% 5,284,911 2,642,456

     LXES $0.012 377.42% 1,003,580 110.14% 198,640 21.80% 804,940 687,983
     ALZM $0.027 224.58% 15,998,663 57.31% 11,916,107 42.69% 4,082,556 1,540,587
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows CMCSA with a Net Buy Volume of 4,119,046 shares and a Friction Factor of 121,148 shares. That means that it takes 121,148 more shares of buying than selling to move CMCSA higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Monday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
