Aeroquest International ("Aeroquest" or the "Company") (TSX:AQL) announced today that its Huntsville, Alabama subsidiary, Aeroquest Optimal Inc. has been sold to Magnolia River Services, Inc. of Hartselle, Alabama effective immediately.

The total purchase price for the transaction was US$1.2 million paid at closing.
