MONTRÉAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2011) - Videotron is pleased to announce the creation of 106 jobs and a total $3.3 million investment in its Customer Contact Centre in Gatineau. 100 customer service representatives and 6 team managers will be added to the 100 permanent positions created in the region since May 2010.

The investment by Videotron supports local economic development in the Gatineau area. More than $1 million will be spent on employee training and $2.3 million on the new premises, in addition to the $2.13 million spent last year on expansion of the Customer Contact Centre.
