October 19, 2011 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Wednesday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Wednesday there were 3889 companies with "abnormal" market making, 1832 companies with positive Friction Factors and 4259 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Wednesday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. DETTO TECHNOLOGIES INC (OTC:DTTO), NOKIA CORP-SPON ADR (NYSE:NOK), NUANCE COMMUNICATIONS INC (NASDAQ:NUAN), YAHOO! INC (NASDAQ:YHOO), TELECOM CORP OF NEW ZEALAND (OTC:NZTCF), HITOR GROUP INC (OTC:HITR). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
     DTTO $0.019 475.00% 1,498,149 78.30% 415,157 21.70% 1,082,992 569,996
     NOK $0.040 0.66% 9,336,959 30.00% 8,314,852 26.72% 1,022,107 255,527
     NUAN $0.510 2.17% 18,367,959 73.84% 5,922,745 23.81% 12,445,214 244,024
     YHOO $0.460 2.97% 27,405,902 50.61% 26,335,382 48.63% 1,070,520 23,272
     NZTCF $0.015 0.73% 705,100 88.03% 95,820 11.96% 609,280 411,676
     HITR $0.055 21.57% 1,343,849 67.08% 652,296 32.56% 691,553 125,737
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows DTTO with a Net Buy Volume of 1,082,992 shares and a Friction Factor of 569,996 shares. That means that it takes 569,996 more shares of buying than selling to move DTTO higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Wednesday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
