VANCOUVER, Sept. 23, 2011 /CNW/ - Golden Predator Corp. (TSX:GPD) (the "Company") announces that, due to current market conditions, it has agreed to extend the term of 950,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") expiring September 24, 2011 and December 7, 2011, to May 31, 2012. Each Warrant entitles the purchaser to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.90 and, as required by TSX policies, the amended warrants will not be exercisable until October 7. The extension is subject to approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
