July 25, 2011 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Monday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Monday there were 4205 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2496 companies with positive Friction Factors and 4849 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Monday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. SPRINT NEXTEL CORP (NYSE:S), BANK OF IRELAND-SPONS ADR (NYSE:IRE), WEATHERFORD INTL LTD (NYSE:WFT), TELEKOM AUSTRIA AG (OTC:TKMAF), SARISSA RESOURCES INC (OTC:SRSR), AFFINITY TECHNOLOGY GROUP (OTC:AFFIQ). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
     S $0.010 0.19% 8,552,053 39.07% 7,206,818 32.93% 1,345,235 1,345,235
     IRE $0.370 31.90% 13,089,717 39.86% 11,222,518 34.18% 1,867,199 50,465
     WFT $0.630 3.18% 9,458,897 34.07% 7,908,833 28.49% 1,550,064 24,604
     TKMAF $0.040 0.29% 21,025,000 65.65% 11,000,000 34.35% 10,025,000 2,506,250
     SRSR $0.020 40.00% 6,231,094 63.92% 3,490,174 35.80% 2,740,920 1,370,460
     AFFIQ $0.016 1,316.67% 7,604,582 59.52% 5,172,810 40.48% 2,431,772 1,539,096
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows S with a Net Buy Volume of 1,345,235 shares and a Friction Factor of 1,345,235 shares. That means that it takes 1,345,235 more shares of buying than selling to move S higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Monday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
