July 18, 2011 / M2 PRESSWIRE / BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Monday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Monday there were 4081 companies with "abnormal" market making, 1699 companies with positive Friction Factors and 5185 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Monday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. SEAMICO SECURITIES P (OTC:SEAOF), TELEKOM AUSTRIA AG (OTC:TKMAF), OPTIONS MEDIA GROUP HOLDINGS (OTC:OPMG), PLATINUM STUDIOS INC (OTC:PDOS), (NASDAQ:GRFS), ADVANCED BATTERY TECHNOLOGIE (NASDAQ:ABAT). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below:

Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction
     SEAOF $0.020 2.94% 9,851,467 99.08% 71,488 0.72% 9,779,979 4,889,990
     TKMAF $0.040 0.29% 21,025,000 65.65% 11,000,000 34.35% 10,025,000 2,506,250
     OPMG $0.022 36.33% 11,904,559 59.13% 8,227,315 40.87% 3,677,244 1,686,809
     PDOS $0.026 59.09% 12,074,278 52.45% 10,346,445 44.94% 1,727,833 664,551
     GRFS $0.090 1.17% 5,595,411 94.59% 320,113 5.41% 5,275,298 586,144
     ABAT $0.110 10.09% 2,792,520 61.20% 1,749,231 38.33% 1,043,289 94,844
Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows SEAOF with a Net Buy Volume of 9,779,979 shares and a Friction Factor of 4,889,990 shares. That means that it takes 4,889,990 more shares of buying than selling to move SEAOF higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Monday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
