MONTREAL, April 29 /CNW Telbec/ - Power Corporation of Canada (TSX: POW) today made available its 2010 financial information reflecting the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), which replaced Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles effective January 1, 2011. Power Corporation's unaudited interim consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 will be prepared in accordance with IFRS and will be released on May 13, 2011.
