This segment serves commercial, industrial, retail, medical, petro-chemical, and residential facilities. The Engineering segment provides client facilities with onsite engineers to operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems utilizing computerized maintenance management systems, as well as provides energy management services. This segment offers its services primarily to office buildings, schools, computer centers, shopping malls, manufacturing facilities, museums, and universities. The company was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
