LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Last week [ MC Endeavors, Inc. ] (Pink Sheets:MSMY) announced the acquisition of the majority interest of ENGENAIRE, Inc. This acquisition includesthe new Safety-AID product, allowing homeowners to SAFELY connect to the Electrical Utility Grid and to send electricity back to the utility for electricity credits, as one of its significant patented technologies.
