ITT Completes Acquisition of O.I. Corporation to Enhance Its Global Analytical Instrumentation Business

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ITT Corporation (NYSE:ITT) announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of O.I. Corporation, aOI,a for approximately $29 million.

OI is a leading provider of innovative instrumentation for laboratory and environmental testing in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, power and industrial markets. The companya™s portfolio will enhance ITTa™s Analytics business, which was formed earlier this year with the acquisition of Nova Analytics.
